Patricia has over twenty-five years experience in Organisational Reform, Organisational Change Management and Project Management making her one of our most experienced mentors, change leaders and business advisers.
Patricia's long working relationship in Tier 1 consultancies and with Public Sector (Federal, State and Local), Energy (Generation, Distribution and Retail), Resources, Banking, Insurance, Investment and Superannuation organisations, has made Organisational Change Management her specialist area in which she is an undisputed subject matter expert. Her core skills include mentoring individuals and teams in Strategic Change Management and Benefits Management, most recently in concert with Business Systems software implementations, including SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, MIMS and Ellipse. Patricia is an accomplished Project Manager of initiatives involving organisational, workplace and tax reform; process improvement; and human resource management.
Ken Garrard, MBA, Director
With over 30 years experience in business and change leadership, co-evolving business and IT strategy, and business and IT consulting across a variety of sectors and the gambit of change initiatives Ken has a history of generating real business value through change.
Ken is one of our most experienced mentors, change leaders and business advisers. He enjoyed a successful career with very significant experience in line management roles such as CEO, CIO and General Management prior to working in Tier 1 consultancies and now as a Director of Pandis. He has a rare depth of knowledge of technology and business.
Ken is a subject matter expert in strategy development, risk management, governance, compliance, business alignment, program management, disaster recovery, personnel development and quality assurance and has very strong knowledge, experience and skills in legal, human resource management, industrial relations, accounting and finance. Ken is also a Certified Practicing Project Director (AIPM) and Certified Practicing Managing Successful Programs Practitioner (OGC UK). Additionally Ken's methodological and framework knowledge and experience spans the gambit of business and technology.
Ken's industry experience includes resources, utilities and energy, finance and banking, superannuation, retail, FMCG and logistics, manufacturing, health and medical services, hospitality, technology products and services, state and local government and education.
