We provide the ability for an organisation to enlist the services of subject matter experts for just a portion of the time thus limiting the cost but maximising the value.
Our company is committed to providing exceptional value to our clients through limiting the risk of failure when utilising personnel with less than extensive knowledge and experience by providing timely mentoring, quality assurance and governance services that effectively put an old head on young shoulders.
A typical arrangement is for Pandis to provide an appropriate individual to perform a specific role within the change initiative e.g. Organisational Change Manager, Program Director, Program Manager, Benefits Realisation Manager etc and then overlay that individual with one or more extremely qualified, knowledgeable and experienced subject matter expert(s) and Mentor(s) who then advise the individual and provide quality assurance over the work and outputs of the individual while at the same time taking a role in advising the change initiative governance structure and business management on prudent and recommended courses of action.
